The Space
This cozy space is a carefully curated haven. With a balcony running along the entire apartment, 13-foot (4 meter) ceilings with wooden beams, and a wonderful view onto the colorful Calle San Sebastian, you're sure to get inspired during your stay.
The Neighborhood
In the flat you will find yourself perfectly located to both escape from everything and have quick access to it at the same time. Enjoy the sea view when just turning around the corner. A short walk from the flat are plenty of great bars, restaurants, local coffee shops, museums and shopping.
Getting Around
It's a fine place for do-it-yourself walking tours through the hilly streets with their bluish cobblestones. The streets are organized in square blocks - no labyrinthine lanes here - and a simple map (provided for) will enable even the most hopeless navigator to find his/her way around.
Spanish Heritage
The building was put up under Spanish colonial rule and the balcony overhanging the sidewalk offers privacy without cutting off the street life. The contemporary art on the walls is made by Hector - mostly wood prints which depict scenes from Puerto Rican dances.
Sea Breeze
The apartment is comfortably minimal, with no need for artificial air-conditioning as the sea breeze runs through the flat and keeps you cool. The master bedroom with its tall wooden door goes out to the street; the smaller bedroom (goes out to the courtyard) comfortably fits two, plus an additional person in the upper bunk bed if needed.
Quiet Day, Lively Evenings
The area around us is rather quiet during the day, but gains slowly life in the evenings, with live music just around the corner on weekends. Light sleepers could benefit from earplugs if they're not used to old town living.

«The place is amazing, just what I needed to relax and discover Old San Juan! Ideally located, close to restaurants and bars but not too noisy at night. I love the style of the home - the high ceilings and the balcony were my favorite! The host is super responsive and went the extra mile so that we could enjoy our holiday to the most, giving us lots of suggestions where to eat, visit and enjoy. «The apartment was beautiful and was everything it promised to be, and the host gave us great recommendations for places to go party, go scuba diving, and go sightseeing. Not to mention his great restaurant recommendations! There were 5 of us in the apartment, and it was very comfortable.
